Pinnacle Fireplaces Wood Burning Stove Sales & Installations In Cambridgeshire.

Andrew did a fantastic job repairing our gutters. He fit our small job around larger ones ( he actually did the work one Saturday.) He gave us great impartial advice and his rate was surprisingly competitive compared to other builders, considering the great work he did. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Andrew recently carried out some lime mortar pointing repairs to my property in North Norfolk, including the repointing of the chimney stack and the fitting of a new chimney pot and bird cowl. Despite the sub-zero temperatures and snow, which meant a little delay to the work, Andrew kept me informed by email, and returned at the earliest opportunity to complete the work to a very high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending him - he is trustworthy and reliable, very knowledgeable about his work, and a nice person to deal with!

Andrew of Pinnacle was absolutely beyond reproach, answering my initial email enquiry within a couple of hours, arranging to come over and look at the job within a day or two, and turning up as promised to quote. I then got an email the same day giving a completely reasonable price for the job, which was a small repair to guttering on a second storey roof and replacement of a section of guttering on a single-storey extension. Andrew was able to fit us in for the work just a few days later, arrived very promptly and was friendly and helpful. The work looks good and I couldn't be happier with Pinnacle's service. Very much recommended!

A great service and professional throughout. We contacted Pinnacle for quote via email and received a reply within the day. Although clearly busy Andrew booked us in for a quote that Saturday. He was thorough, asked questions and inspected the roof requiring repair. His quote was competitive and he explained the remedial work required. The next week he performed all the work quickly and with no fuss and also suggested other work he’d spotted that may require addressing in the future (but with no attempt to sell us on this immediately). Overall we were very happy with the professional service and cost.

Andrew provided us with a quick quote on some re-pointing work. He did the work on the agreed date, and did the job in the 'right' way. If we ever need to get some more exterior maintenance work done (hopefully not...), we'll definitely contact Pinnacle again.
