Handyman and Property Maintenance

We had never met before and found Chelmsford Handyman & Property Maintenance online. Living in Australia, we entrusted Garry and his team with the entire house renovation without ever meeting them in person. Everything was arranged remotely, and the whole project was built purely on trust from start to finish. From start to finish Garry and his team were up front, had first class communication and were always finding cost-effective solutions. Garry is such a great person to deal with, he goes above and beyond. Garry chose all of the fixtures and fittings for the kitchen renovation, which were stylish and completed to a very high standard. We were living in Australia whilst the renovations were going on. He sent us regular photos and updates, making sure we were happy with every stage of the work. The house had been on the market for some time and wasn’t selling because it was in poor condition. After Garry and his team completed the renovation, it sold within just three months. We couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. It was a great experience for us and we would not hesitate to recommend Chelmsford Handyman & Property Maintenance to anyone. Thanks so much, Garry and team! 😊

They guys were really great. On time, trustworthy and honest. Hard workers too! Gave me a list of options and what could be done for the budget, which in the end they exceeded for the same price! I plan to keep them on as my maintenance team should anything arise in the future. I’d really recommend them.

Garry and his team were very helpful in handling our urgent furniture move. They worked efficiently and ensured there was no damage to the furniture.

Harry and his team were fantastic. It was a small job fixing TV to wall and putting up shelves. Garry was able to advise me on the correct bracket to buy and explained needing to use certain fixings due to the wall construction. Very polite and efficient. Totally happy with every aspect of the work. Can definitely recommend for any work you may require and will definitely use again. Reasonable price...compared to previous work.

Very professional and great value. Highly recommended
