Swansea Launderette & Alterations

Took mine and my daughter's bridesmaids dresses here today for alterations & what seemed like an impossible task was done to perfection and ready within a few hours. The lovely owner went above & beyond for us & made us feel at ease. Amazing customer service all round and very reasonable prices for the quality of work. Will definitely be returning. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

First time using this laundrette and alteration service, and I’m very happy. I had minor alterations done on three pieces of clothing, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The customer service was especially good. Having a reliable tailor is important to me, so I’m glad I’ve found one in the area I can rely on.

I recently took my clothes to this place and was absolutely blown away. The owner managed to completely remove a stain from my designer dress that I thought was impossible to fix. The service was amazing from start to finish, and the attention to detail was outstanding. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional care and quality service.

Had my coat dry cleaned here, was a wonderful experience. The service was great, super friendly and i felt super welcome. The price was great and the process was done really quickly. Really happy with this place and would highly recommend it if you're considering it!

Traveling through Swansea, I stumbled into this fine establishment with a backpack full of dirty clothes. They were very friendly and helpful, and at a good price all my clothes are now clean ! I am very happy with my experience, thank you
