Kings Launderette

Absolutely mortified by the level of disrespect and poor handling of a situation at Kings Launderette. Landi and his assistant accused my partner and me of not paying for our laundry the last time we visited. Instead of calmly asking or taking a moment to check their records, they immediately confronted us and demanded payment in a rude manner. This was particularly upsetting as my partner has been a loyal customer for years. We paid the money despite the accusation, only for the manager to later realise he had made a mistake and attempt to refund us. Unfortunately, by that point the situation had already been mishandled and could easily have been avoided with basic courtesy and proper checking. Their conduct was disappointing and completely contradicted the fair treatment they claim to offer customers. Sadly, this experience has cost them a loyal customer. I normally don't write negative reviews but this one stood out and wouldn't want anyone losing their money.

Have been using a local rival for years and switched to Kings for South Gower RFC ‘s kit, the improvement was dramatic and the value better. Cannot recommend enough for any sports club especially with white in their kits. Cleaned the bag and all the balls too for goo measure.. fantastic service too.

Fantastic service I've been using them for over 2 years now and I have found the owner and all the staff very polite and helpful

Super service provided by the friendly helpful staff , I use for drying services, always folded beautifully and wrapped in bags often avoiding ironing! Very reasonable charges I wouldn’t go anywhere else thank you Lundi and staff! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Took 2 old Double Duvets to be washed, and a jacket to be dry cleaned. Duvets have come back looking far better than I could have ever imagined would be possible considering how old one of them was. Staff were so lovely and helpful too. Would definitely recommend this place.
