Really handy for big loads of washing and drying. Can now pay either cash or card which is brilliant. Parking definitely better on weekends and quieter. Various prices for the washing machines (small £8 & £9 to big machine £10, £11). Tumble dryers (£1 - 8 mins, £2 - 16 mins, £3 - 24 mins, £4 - 32 mins).

Card payments accepted for majority of machines. Location was clean. Attendant was friendly and cultivated and nice atmosphere in the store. Would go again.

Terrible customer service - I was sent away as wouldn’t accept a service wash saying too busy even though I was in tears. I said I could leave it with her and happy to wait as long as it took but shooed me away. I am caring for 3 members of my family at the moment and just needed someone to help with the washing for my elderly mother in law before visiting my husband in hospital.
