Bubble It

Sometimes a review says more when you have experienced a problem. I visited the buddle lane branch on a Saturday, when the shop was unattended, and I had a large wash to do. The air wallet system, where you paid for the wash with a card was superb, very intuitive and easy. It let me enter my email, to notify me when the wash was complete, allowing me to go back to my car and sort other stuff out. Unfortunately, when I returned to the finished wash, the machine hadn't spun properly, and my items were still wet. I called the shop the following week, expecting a shrug and an excuse, but once the incredibly polite person had heard my tale, and established that she was happy it was a blip in the machine, she didn't delay refunding my wash, and was very apologetic. As I said at the top of this review, sometimes, it's how people deal with a negative situation that says more about them, and the way this was dealt with would definitely make me go back to this company. Thanks for listening and your prompt actions!

Nice big Laundrette so there’s lots of space. They’ve updated the pricing: Small washer £6 Med washer £8 Large washer £10 Dryers 50p per 4 mins. There’s NO CHANGE MACHINE, and all washers only take £1/2 pound coins. There’s also nowhere nearby to change notes so come prepared. This is the main drawback. Last wash is at 6:30pm

A really fantastic laundrette! It's clean, tidy, not overly priced and has everything you need in it! The dryers work on a 50p basis for 6mins, so £2 should be enough to dry a washing machine full of clothes which I personally think is great value!

Gemma and the team were super helpful - I used them for a high volume of service washes across an event weekend and the service was great! Thanks again and look forwards to working with them next year

We had a very rare blanket which needed cleaning not sure it was something bubble it could do, well they exceeded my expectations the blanket was checked I was told exactly what they were going to do it was even picked up from my work and delivered back all clean looking and smelling amazing. I could not recommend them enough even if you think you have something they can't do is worth the call they will supprise you.. Thank you Genna
