Superdrug

Unfriendly environment in this shop. Female staff gossip about customers, give you unpleasant looks and act very unimpressed when you ask them for help finding something. Just overall very unprofessional, unwelcoming behaviour.

Gary the pharmacist has administered travel vaccines on 3 occasions and he has been absolutely helpful, friendly and professional. I was slightly late on one occasion but he was very patient and accommodating. Thank you once again, Gary!

Weird experience over the Easter Sunday. An employee walked past me and scoffed and was speaking out loud to herself about why there are people in the store on Easter Sunday. Thought it was quite uncalled behaviour

Was in your store on Friday afternoon looking for shampoo shower caps for elderly bedbound asked an assistant if you stocked such a thing which you didn't she then looked up to see if anything online which there wasn't she pointed me in the direction of boots online another health and beauty company which I have ordered and collected said product from will defenetly shop more in your stirling store as I thought this assistant went above customer care sorry didn't get her name in my opinion an absolute asset to your store ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
