Superdrug

Nipped in for some toiletries and decided to get my ears pierced after they closed up when I was around 5 years old. Pamela done my ear piercing and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better, she was very attentive and explained everything so well! 5 stars and left very happy 😊

Me and my friend went to the till on the other side of the shop not knowing we had skipped the line. Wasn’t very clear that there was one line for the tills that weren’t even remotely close to each other. One of the girls that worked there had noticed and started raising her voice at customers, complaining in a rude tone we had pushed in obviously wanting us to hear. Would’ve been nice if she had politely told us instead of telling everyone but us in the shop, we would have been more than happy to move. While my friend was getting served i had realised what she was ranting on about as i could hear her from ages away so i moved into the very short line on the other side of the shop. She then started telling her coworker off, who was lovely, for serving my friend right in-front of my friend. I just think it’s very immature and un professional that she is practically shouting at everyone for our mistake. Again we didn’t intentionally mean to push in and would’ve moved if we got informed in a polite way.

Pharmacy counter.... Couldn't be bothered to serve to pay for a support bandage rather than send us to main tills. Customer service sucked

Went in yesterday looking for new skincare as I have a skin condition and my newest stuff has caused a flare up. A lovely sales assistant with curly hair, pink fleece, softly spoken came and helped. She listened to me express frustration at certain skincare’s either being too harsh for my skin, or so gentle they don’t do anything. She pointed me in the direction of the things that work for her and really made me feel comfortable. It’s a bit nerve wracking sometimes asking for help with skin like mine. Absolute asset and lovely girl ♥️

I went to buy some painkillers for a migraine and was refused as he said I needed to see a doctor first. I explained it was difficult to get an appointment these days but was trying. I suffer from severe migraines but the pharmacist didn't seem to care and would not sell me them. Thankfully I went to Dalston pharmacy in Carlisle and I bought them there with no problems. I find superdrug pharmacy as very unprofessional and would not ever go there. There are plenty of other chemists in Carlisle.
