My... Friend... and... I... only... came... here... to... enquire... on... a... Special... Offer, we... had... "HEARD/SEEN..." on... Face-Book, and... found... it... was... a... genuine... offer...!! If... you... bought... an... empty... atomiser, for... £7:99 - you... could... fill... it... up... ONCE, with... ANY... perfume... or after-shave, from... behind... the... counter, for... FREE - except... for... three... scents...!! A... lovely... shop... assistant, called... Caitlyn, helped... us... choose... our... scents...!! The... atomisers, come... in... a... range... of... colours. I... chose... my... FAV-OUR-ITE... two... colours: BRIGHT... PINK... and... PURPLE...!! The... scents... I... chose... were: "DOT..." by... Marc... Jacobs, and... "COOL... WATER..." by... Davidoff...!! When... I... showed... the... atomisers... to... Friends, they... thought... they... were... actually... "*VAPES...!!" * I... am... NOT... a... VAPER... or... a... SMOKER...!!

I went in the other day with my health and beauty card and Student ID & the lady at the till refused to give me the 10% discount unless I downloaded the uni days app. There was a queue so I didn't, or I'd have held people up. Every other super drug store I've been to have accepted a super drug card and valid student ID, plus it even says on the Super drug website that you need either a valid Student ID or an NUS card. I'm really not happy about this service, and I didn't get a receipt as I was in a rush. I won't be using this particular store again.

The nurse in the Superdrug Health clinic here is great! We've had our travel vaccinations from Jenny, and she's been really helpful, professional and friendly. You can tell that she strives for the best care for her patients!

Visited the Superdrug store in Bangor to have our vaccines.Jenny was very Professional we knew that we were in capable hands which is most important.Jenny was friendly and supportive.Will definitely visit again. And a thank you to Kyle for being so helpful.Fist class service

i was outraged when i entered superdrug bangor today. Normally i have an enjoyable experience but today… i was lost for words. Unfortunately they seem to have a member of staff who discriminate individuals based on their age. at first i accidentally opened a product thinking it was a tester product but this female member of staff who had been following me around the store rudely pasted fast towards me and my friends and said loudly “you can’t open that.” I understand that i made a mistake but the product had already been opened and it was a simple mistake but this staff member was quick to jump to conclusions. I then moved on and kept in mind to ensure that the products i was using were labelled tester but this blunt staff member decided to follow me and my friends around the store for the rest of our visit and we felt very discriminated, displeased, offended and uncomfortable!!! One of my friends also heard this staff member talk badly about us into her mic!! I’m very disgusted to know that staff use their professional equipment to talk SMACK about children. thsi is wrong!!!
