Stafffinders

Recently used Richard Black at Staff Finders to help recruit a couple of Ops Manager for our plant and line. It was the first time we had engaged with Staff Finders so were stepping out of comfort zone a little. From our first meeting that disappeared. Richard put us completely at ease and was clearly a subject matter expert in this field, he knew more about what we needed than us! His manner was very engaging, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Kept us informed and up to date along the way without being too much of an overhead. I felt I could trust Richard to do the work in the background and inform me when I need to be informed not telling me every step of the recruitment journey. Overall Richard was very professional experience from beginning to end, with no time wasted. A thoroughly likeable and professional individual who I won’t hesitate using again in the future. One of the best recruitment agents and agencies we have dealt with.

My experience with Stafffinders is really good. My contact at the agency Leighann Henderson, is the hardest working and professional person I have ever met. She always makes sure that we work and is continuously adapting our shifts to our personal situations. It is kind, polite and always willing to help. Stafffinders helps me combine my work with my other activities. People at Stafffinders are always trying to help you with all the things you need and they treat you really good. Stafffinders gives you the opportunity to work and be part of Scottish society. Thank you Leighann, thank you Stafffinders.

I've registered with Stafffinders one month ago and till now has been nothing but good experience. Andrew my agent is clearly on top of his job. I found him very helpful and knowledgeable, the agency is very professional and efficient. Keeping in touch on a daily basis, extremely supportive and always spot on with the jobs provided. I have no hesitation to recommend this agency to anyone who is looking for good, trustworthy and reliable employment agency.

Having had bad experiences with recruitment agencies before, I was a bit tentative about using another. However my contact, Rhian Lewis, is the most polite, professional and helpful recruitment agent I have ever met. Her processes from start to finish were absolutely flawless, and I would highly recommend using Stafffinders to find you your next job or employee.

My experience with Staffinders has been excellent. My contact in Staffinders (Rhian) is one of the most friendly recruiters I have ever met and put me at my ease immediately. She was able to take my strengths and find a job that suited them perfectly. I was able to secure a job within weeks of my first meeting with her. During the interview process I found Staffinders were incredibly supportive and would always walk me through the interview beforehand and check up with me afterwards to see how it went. I would greatly recommend this company.
