Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists Bangor

During my visit in the Bangor Specesavers, a great service delivered by Shan, one of staffer. She was truly amazing charactor and kind, polite in nature. She educated me throughout the process and guided me all the time. Wonderful service offered by the Specsavers Bangor, and I higly recommend for anyone looking for a glass to go and have a visit.

I gave Specsavers bangor 5 stars, because I feel like the customer service was exceptional. The staff were all polite and understanding. The optician himself was very well mannered and made me feel welcome at the eye test. The woman who helped measure my face for the glasses was very talkative, which I loved. She wished me luck on my job searching and seemed very genuine and polite. The facilities were clean, the building was clean and tidy and I genuinely would really recommend Specsavers Bangor (Wales) to my friends and family for their outstanding service

I’m on holiday and had to book an emergency appointment here for something that turned out to be less serious than I’d feared. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the whole process was slick and efficient. I can’t speak too highly of the whole experience (and I very rarely leave reviews).

The staff at Bangor are always so helpful and friendly, I always feel well looked after and tended to while learning about the health and status of my vision. Each member of the team have always been pleasant and very easy to interact with and I never leave the building without a smile on my face for the service and access to the wealth of experience and easy down to earth explanations I have from the opticians, assessors, the contact lens specialist and the floor staff who always seem ready to help

Staff are always extremely helpful. Store has a welcoming aura about it. Have been with you for over 30 years and are extremely happy with everything First class Service
