Space Design Maintenance

We have had an excellent experience working with Noel and the team at Space Maintenance. They are consistently reliable, responsive and professional, and ensure our office remains up to date and compliant with legionella requirements without us having to think twice. They always take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure we fully understand the work being carried out, which gives us real confidence in their service. Any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently, with clear communication throughout. The standard of work is always high, and the team are friendly, proactive and easy to work with. They have been a huge support to our office, and we would highly recommend them to any business looking for a dependable and professional office maintenance company.

We have worked with Noel Campbell and the Space Design Maintenance Team for the past 7 years when we moved to new offices in Cheapside.   Our relationship started with the occasional odd-job – but very quickly we came to rely heavily on Noel and his team for the majority of planned maintenance work and anything else that we didn’t naturally have a home for!   Fast forward 7 years and another new office (90000 sq ft), Noel is critical to our day-to-day operations as we navigate our new office – having been heavily involved in the planning during the construction process, the building handover and the daily operations since we moved.     Noel works really hard to ensure that we are getting value for money – and will often guide us when negotiating with other vendors so as to reduce our costs and he will often find a more cost effective way in tackling an issue.   We would be lost without Noel and the Space Design team – no task is too big or too small  and I don’t know how he does it – but he, or a team member never seems to be more than half an hour away so response times are super quick and reassuring!    We can’t recommend Noel and the Space Design Maintenance team highly enough – thank you!

I have been using Space Design Maintenance since 2019, I cannot fault them at all. Noel is great to work with! his knowledge, skills and above all honesty is second to none. We have a huge maintenance contract with him and a very problematic building, but nothing is ever to big or small, he is always on hand. I would 100% recommend the company.

Space Design has been maintaining our construction project site office for about 12 months now. They are a very well-oiled team. From the director to admin team, to the actual engineers. Very attentive, on the ball with up to date knowledge, to guide you in making the right cost effective decisions. Anytime I have needed them, they are onsite, on time, and ready to help. Thank You to Noel, and his Space Design Team.

I have used Space Design Maintenance's Facilities and Property Management services for over three years. Excellent service from a company who are willing to go that little bit extra. In an ever changing market they are a refreshing, reliable constant. Would recommend, no hesitation.
