Giovanni came very quickly the next day after my call but I was not made aware there was a call out charge if the alarm could not be fixed and I was not aware it may have needed parts. I thought it was just a battery replacement. Not too happy I was made to pay £60 for call out and still left with no working alarm. Called out a second alarm engineer who replaced a few parts (no call out charge) and did not cost me alot more than the call out charge I had paid. Giovanni did quote me for a new alarm .

First time getting an alarm fitted to my property today & Giovanni was excellent at listening to my requirements & completed the fitting to my standard. Giovanni was absolutely brilliant for us and I cannot recommend him highly enough! We had an old alarm system that started playing up and caused an absolute nightmare, but Giovanni came out promptly, sorted all issues out quickly and over the phone and then installed a brand new alarm system which is working perfectly, makes us feel really secure and also is much more practical to use. In fact, the new system is so good that I'm almost glad we had the fault as now we feel much more secure! Lovely guy, top service and great prices. Cannot recommend enough!

I was struggling initially to find a reputable alarm specialist as I have a 26 years old Veritas alarm system. I came across Giovanni via a google search and was hesitant at first. I read the reviews and was persuaded to go ahead. I have to say I was very impressed. He was a true professional and was able to literally fix/upgrade a very old alarm system by replacing with the necessary parts at a very reasonable/affordable cost.
