I went to keyways today with. Problem with my van dead lock (couldn’t unlock door ) Guy I think was Simon came out and got door open in 15 mins checked barrel all good it was internal mechanism that was faulty. I asked what I owed he said nothing. What a star credit to the company. I would definitely recommend a use this company in the future. Cheers Chris

Easy process from start to finish. A minor niggle at first regarding the alarm box but quickly resolved. Customer service and the engineers are very, very good. Love the fact that only a small keypad is visible in the hall with the big box hidden away, and the fact that everything can be controlled by the app on the phone. No complaints whatsoever. Very happy!!

This company is an absolute shambles. Twice I've booked a service and the engineer hasn't turned up. I've made around 30 calls to different people to try and get a service. Eventually an engineer turned up (who was excellent) but knew nothing about doing the service. The staff are great but there is a massive communication problem with this company.

We recently had a broken gearbox in our bifolds and after previously using Keyways' services for a new/more secure front door lock, we naturally gave them a call. Once again we were pleased with their response time, professionalism, and expertise. From the locksmiths to the finance team, it was a slick process, for a fair price and I wouldn't hesitate to use Keyways again.

I had a number of problems with my Keyways CCTV system but, as soon as I made management aware, the response was fantastic. The engineers were determined to solve every problem and they did. Absolutely 5 star service.
