Solo dealt with the sale of our flat. I was very impressed the service we received which was much more personal and comprehensive that I've experienced in previous sales and purchases elsewhere. Jessica and Claire were especially helpful, both in finding a buyer but also in keeping a grip of the sale process to ensure it moved along smoothly and then dealing with minor maintenance issues on our behalf. Communication was good throughout, much better than the solicitors who (as normal) provided very little to justify their exorbitant fees. Luckily the team at Solo also liaised with the solicitors to keep the sale progressing. I'm very grateful to Jessica, Claire and the the team at Solo for their support in making this sale as straightforward as possible and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Working with Julie and Natasha regarding the rental of a local property was a breath of fresh air compared to other estate agents. Unlike the impersonal interactions and rushed viewings with oblivious agents we received from almost every other agent, they were knowledgeable, polite, considerate and went beyond to quickly communicate with the landlord and to help us with a very accommodating agreement. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a rent (or let) a property in the area!

From the start ie valuation of my house, and throughout the selling process, the team at Solo in Ripon were professional, polite and they got results. In my experience they are very smart about pricing a house in a way that gets the maximum number of potential buyers through the door, and achieves offers close to the asking price. I went on the market in September, got an offer close to my asking price in October, and completed the following March: obviously house sales will not always go so smoothly but I do think that Solo’s approach to valuation helped. I’m hoping I’ve found my forever home, but if I ever move again I would definitely use Solo.
