Snowdrop Laundry & Dry cleaning

We used Snowdrop a few times over the last 2 weeks due to being away on holiday longer than expected. Staff seemed very tired and not happy. Service was average. We are happy with the care taken with our clothes. They did shrink a pair of jeans but fortunately for me this was a bonus 😄 they were new and slightly to long for me. This could have been an issue for another. Extra care should be taken. Being a laundrette looking after peoples clothes means that training should be top priority to get better knowledge on different materials. They do not separate clothes even if asked as it is "too much" I'm assuming hassle? One more thing a sign on front desk saying CASH IS KING. CASH PREFERRED. We will eventually have to adapt to using card. This is to make us better people. To make us more righteous. Do the right thing and you will increase your custom. Integrity is everything. 🙏 I wish you all the best 🌟

Failed to clean my wedding suit. Came back with the same amount of marks which were 'unremovable'. Wife got them out with ease. Don't like that they don't say anything to you on pick up and just leave a tag on it. Won't be using again.

Currently between houses, therefore no access to a washing machine. Dropped off a load of tee shirts and underwear and was able to collect the next day. Great value for money. Highly recommend this launderette service. Saves having to have change and wait around for your smalls to be washed and dried.

Usually really good but this time we had the clothes back and they were smelling of damp dog for some reason. Had to rewash them. Not sure they use fabric conditioner.

Poor job on my jacket unfortunately. Some marks on the front still untouched, and fold marks firmly across back. Not up to scratch for the money and seems a rush job.
