Skylite cleaning LTD

Tia from skylite cleaning has been cleaning my three bedroom flat for the last few months and has always done a fantastic job. She is hard working and honest. She arrives just before I go to work and I leave her to do the cleaning. She lets herself out and I love arriving home to a freshly cleaned flat.

Recently asked skylite cleaning to help with an end of tenancy cleaning and a thorough upholstery cleaning. As always were helpful and friendly. It was a last minute job and they fitted me in very quickly. I was particularly anxious about the state the tenant had left the carpets as they had been quite badly stained. I was so pleased at the job they did and removed the stains. Looking forward to employing them again

Skylite Cleaning LTD did a great job on our office refresh before a client visit. The team was punctual, friendly, and thorough, leaving everything sparkling. One small area was missed, but they quickly fixed it. Overall, reliable service with real personality and care.

Very good relationship with skylite cleaning ltd. They clean all my properties weekly in London and do thorough cleans before new tenants move in. Always do a great job and a very good service. I believe in pay for what you get and so I don't mind paying a bit extra for a high standard of service.

The previous tenant at my new flat booked end-of-tenancy cleaning service from this company. When I checked the flat after the cleaning was done, it was absolutely terrible. I was not even sure whether a lot of the facilities, like the oven, the microwave, or the fridge had been cleaned. There was hair in the bathroom sink, limescale in the toilet, stains everywhere. Yes, the flat looked ok on the surface, but when you look closer, all the details were either missed or not properly cleaned. I asked them to clean the flat again, although it was much better than the first time, but it was still not up to standards. The last 3 photos were taken after the second clean. At this point, I don’t trust they are capable of professionally cleaning the flat any more and I had to call in another team, who were so much better and they removed all the rust and stubborn stains. The cleaner was even asking me whether the guy who cleaned this flat was from their company because he would have been fired. The service is cheap indeed with Skylite, but it was so poor and a complete waste of time and money. I would give them one star, but since they did try to clean the flat the second time, a two-star review will do.
