End of Tenancy Borehamwood & Carpet Clean

We bought an old house, and we required a move in cleaning service prior to commencing renovation work. The house had been empty for some time, and it looked a bit run down. I thought of giving call to end of tenancy cleaning borehamwood team. They arrived and set out to work. The place looked better, but the air quality seemed better too. It made the renovation work a lot easier commencing in a clean state.

The cleaning at the end of the tenancy was done with an understanding of the real expectations. It was not only about making things shiny but it was more about making sure all areas were cleaned perfectly. It was evident that there was some kind of dedication in doing all these tasks. It did away with any form of uncertainty before carrying out the inspection.

What was noticeable about the end of tenancy cleaning was the level of respect for the different materials found in the home. The stainless steel, laminate, glass, and ceramic materials were handled well. The work was genuine and sophisticated rather than over-treated with chemical cleaners.

Apart from the quality of work done during end of tenancy cleaning by this cleaning , the professionalism was noteworthy. There was no unnecessary noise. Their attitude was not casual yet professional. It was a mature and businesslike service.

As a landlord with properties, I believe that cleaning is a transition between tenants. This end of tenancy cleaning Borehamwood service definitely gets that transition. The property was cleaned, but it was also neutralized. There were no lingering scents or subtle traces of the former tenant. The property felt like it was meant for someone else. I have made up my mind to always work with annie cleaning team.
