Shiners Property Services ltd

Dave and his team at Shiners are my real life superheroes! I have a small portfolio of rental properties and Shiners have been our dedicated maintenance team for the last two years. It has been a busy couple of years and Dave has dealt with everything that has needed to be done, quickly, professionally and to a high standard (yet very fair pricing), liaising directly with tenants, which is such a huge help. Shiners are skilled in all areas of property maintenance, from cleaning, to pest control, full bathroom installation and anything in between. Dave and his whole team are so friendly and helpful, the true definition of service with a smile and have really helped me out during a year or so of pretty bad luck with tricky tenants and things going wrong. I feel very fortunate to have Shiners on my team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you Dave, Tom, Shirley and all at Shiners for all of your super work and support!

Dave and his team came twice to my flat to fix different things and each time they were efficient, tidy and always smiling ! I highly recommend their services. Very reliable and trustworthy!

Awful people and very rude - they do not reply or get back after multiple follow ups. They have two companies and confuse people with different arrangements.

Dave and his team did a great job multiple times for me: cleaning, plumbing, wardrobe fixing... Whenever something has to be fixed in my flat, Dave is the person I contact first. Very competitive price, prompt availability most of the time and very professional- Definitely the best team in the island.

Excellent service! My apartment was broken into and my door was completely damaged, so I was looking for a short term solution until I get a new door. The guy came first to check, left to get the materials and came back again and fixed it in about an hour time. It was £180 (including service, materials and VAT)
