what good is a reference number on your document when you dont answer the phone, allow voice mail or have an email address let alone a reference - anyway no prior letter of warning of a fine, send a letter with a demand to pay £70 dated the 17th of December (arrived on 23rd) with theats of a balif at £250 if not pid within 14 days, all whilst there office is shut for christmas, by design ofcourse, suppose even when open they are completely uncontactable. can they send a fine whilst shut with threats of additional fines before they open?

I've never understood this company no emails,Phone calls are limited only open 2 hrs 3 days 2 different addresses main office is 26 dam street lichfield by minister pool yet p.o box 31, different postcode ? This company are rent grazers .lucky for me ive only had 2 phones ever ..with these 1st one was really poor taste ... 2nd one I was on holiday with family and had nightmare with paying and lady was very polite and understanding..Crazy thing is this is the only company I use a cheque book for, although in the passed Royal mail have lost these in post or shenstone say not recievex it yet so they have resent reminder out with a £20 charge on top cheques are hard these days with some banks.Standing order ok still got to travel out to do S/O very rare as Post Offices have closed down by me 2 of them and 2 in my Town centre .Direct Debit is maybe next thing or Bank Transfer ..That would be interesting.....I Still dont trust this company ..

I would give them minus stars if I could, let alone one star. I have overpaid 3 times in the last 5 years as I was fed up of paying cheques for tiny amounts. Seemingly I had no problems with the first 2 payments (despite not receiving a receipt, that I requested and for which I included a stamped, self-addressed envelope) Luckily for me, I photograph and take copies of everything as after my most recent overpayment I received a letter stating my account was up to date but I would be getting a new bill in December (and no mention of the cheque I sent) Naturally, I queried this and also enquired as to why I was still being referred to as 'Miss' and not Mrs after my marriage (which I had informed them of 5 years ago) Anyway, their response was very unprofessional with thinly veiled statements that I was at fault for them banking a cheque (and not applying it to my account) as I hadn't included my reference number and address on the back of the cheque and queried my name as their records still used my maiden name. Odd how their original letter, telling me my account was up to date, had my correct new surname and account number though isn't it? (One of many contradictions from them) Anyway, I replied with evidence I had done just as they suggested I hadn't (photos of my cheques - front and back, a copy of my letter stating my name was changing etc.) Anyway, instead of just holding their hands up and simply apologising for their blatantly obvious admin errors and actually confirming when my next invoice should be, I've received a letter that has devolved from what should be professional to that of a petulant child having a tantrum, with further contradictory statements to their own actions and correspondence. It would seem proving that I am correct and they are not, has rather riled them. I suspect reading other reviews on here, had I not been so thorough, I would have been charged some ridiculous admin fee for not being able to prove they have mishandled my account.

I would leave no stars if there was that option . I am in the I fortunate position to pay ground rent to those diabolical company . For so many years we could only pay by cheque they have only rectify introduced a bank transfer option. They only communicate by post even though I gave them my email and they have my number ! I was out of the country for an extended period and do the huge sum of £11 had not been paid I didn’t get notified in any other way and obviously was not opening my post . They then slam a £75 charge on you and I explained the moment I got back to Uk I paid the £11 but not into their arrears account. They did not acknowledge this payment and my explanations that I was willing to pay but had not seen the paperwork. They have now gone to a CCJ for that £11 plus their ridiculous fee and of course the court fee. Scamming rotten rats . Their company communication is awful and they clearly have no morals if you read all these reviews. I am writing to Trading standards and commerce . Their Company stinks and I wish I didn’t have to deal with them . The CCJ is just a joke ! I’m not threatened at all they can do one
