Hadrian Property Management

We've recently moved into a property managed by Hadrian Property Management. This was my initial contact. I left a voicemail as the line was busy. My call was returned promptly within the hour as promised. Ellie dealt with my requirement for access to the service cupboards promptly and efficiently. Balazs then visited promptly to unlock the cupboards. Sky should now be able to complete our installation on Saturday. Thanks to Ellie and Balazs who gave an initial faultless and positive experience of Hadrian's services.

Our leasehold property, Banister Court, is managed by Hadrian Property Management, and we’ve been very happy with the service they provide. The building and surrounding grounds are always kept clean, tidy, and well maintained throughout the year, which really makes a difference to the overall feel of the property. Any maintenance issues are usually dealt with quickly, and the team is easy to reach by phone or email. We mainly deal with Becky Clarke, who has always been friendly, professional, and very helpful. She’s proactive, easy to talk to, and always does her best to sort things out as quickly as possible. Resident safety and the upkeep of the building are taken seriously, with regular fire safety checks and lift inspections carried out. I would like to sincerely thank Becky Clarke and express my appreciation for her continual support in managing the property to a high standard, as well as her prompt attention to cleanliness and maintenance. I was hoping this would be a new managing agent with a different approach. Unfortunately not and have no understanding that we actually do own our property, happy to just do building work without notification and just let contractors start work. Last week they cleared a private area claiming it was communal, sure they will try to charge. Another one to stay clear from. P.s if you fill their form in and do not tick the email communication box they will still do this and not post anything of importance.

We live in a 20 story building managed by this awful company and we have been left with no lifts working since the beginning of the heatwave (19th of June 2026) and until now they have not fixed the lifts. They stated themselves the lift outage and an engineer popping in on the 25th of June. And yet we are on the 2nd of July and they have only just received a quote from the contractors supposedly? Blaming the contractors to save face. If you think they are purposely slowing down urgent repairs, THEY ARE. Report any issue you have with Hadrian straight to the council! Don’t give them a day or two, it will eventually turn into months. UPDATE: Lifts fixed and one broke down within a couple of weeks. On top of this, a tenant was trapped in the only working lift and fire brigade had to be deployed to rescue tenant. Response from Hadrian was filled with self-pity completely overlooking the fact that their lifts are evidently a PHYSICAL HAZARD!

Very slow (almost feels as though on purpose) to resolve issues. Despite giving full details of an issue to them via email, they will respond the next day (probably a few minutes before their shift finishes) asking a question that was already answered if they had read the email!
