I booked the appointment via the website which was easy to use. The pre appointment process was outlined and I took the option of buying the recommended pre appointment products which arrived next day. I followed the 5day process using the drops and spray which was easy. At the appointment Beth made me feel at ease and explained the procedure which was very quick and painless apart from being quite noisy. I had both ears done and the improvement in my hearing is absolutely superb.

Definite 5 star review Beth was awesome , I was made to feel very welcome and she made me feel very relaxed. The whole process took around 15 minutes and I must say the relief was instant definitely the best money I've spent in a while ,will definitely use again 👍👍

I should have come here straight away instead of trying to resolve the issue myself. For the past week, having had a block in both ears after swimming, it feels like I've been living underwater and it's been difficult to concentrating on anything except my hearing. Booked in with Beth who sorted out both my ears, and I don't think my hearings ever been so clear! She also gave good advice on how to take care going forward to minimise the risk of it reoccurring. Thanks again!

Best £65 I’ve spent in a while! I had almost got used to “living underwater” as my hearing had diminished so much in one ear that I couldn’t function properly. I did exactly what was recommended beforehand, and lo and behold, after just 10 minutes with Beth, I could hear again. What a result. If you’re in any doubt, go, you won’t be disappointed.
