The security that work at O and Zoo in Watford need to be relocated. Too much bias from the head of security and not enough training by the lower ranked security to offer actual safety of punters.

Unnecessarily aggressive & confrontational bouncer working at a gig at the art school. I was out with a friend who moved up here 4 months ago, and they said he was the first rude person they’d encountered in Scotland.

Security guards at Saw Doctors concert at Kingussie were a disgrace! Too busy standing at doors talking amongst themselves to notice the audience members who were staggering about under the influence. Got to the point that for safety reasons we had to leave early - elderly men hitting on young women who couldn’t get away from them, others falling into people and standing all over them when they were trying to enjoy the band. We left when one drunk, wearing a kilt and a knife in his sock became threatening. Security? Like I say standing gabbing at the doors.

This company works for Kong in Glasgow and their staff are incredibly rude and clearly think they run the world. I had a booking for 25 people which was already paid for and was denied entry 10 minutes before my event was supposed to start. When asking the security guard questions he kept turning his back to me and ignoring what I was saying, used a horrible tone when talking to me and was just completely disrespectful. I had turned up with my boyfriend and a few friends and we were denied entry however when a group of 5 young girls walked up 2 minutes later they were allowed in. I also seen the guard checking another girls ID later on and was holding her hands while doing so which is so unprofessional and a bit creepy. I completely get that people have a job to do but I think the staff at this company need to be taught some manners and a decent way to speak to people. Absolute disgrace and an embarrassment to their company.
