Assured 24 Ltd Facility Management Security Keyholding & Alarm Response

hey so until a year ago we used a well known key holder M**ie, who were with us for years, BUT had to go. Assured 24 on the scene and we realised what we had been missing. Assured 24 are very responsive, attending in jig time. They arrive, survey, with pics, and simply deal with issues, calling Engineers, Alarms, etc and resolve, and on odd occasion have the need to call & confirm. They are polite & professional to deal with at every level. Very competitively priced and exceedingly great value for what we get back. Would NOT continue without these guys - super good !!! thank you :) Charlie @ Peak

We have had the pleasure of using Assured24 for our security and site needs for a number of years. They focus on customer service, communication and above all a professional and friendly service. Having used others in the past, I find the team at Assured24 fantastic to deal with.

Assured 24 is well named; they provide a very fast and efficient service. They acted as our key-holder and first responder for our alarm system for over six years and, on the three or four occasions when the alarm was activated (all through user error thankfully) they were on scene very quickly and sorted matters out. This is a great source of reassurance when you are out of the country and you know that all will be well. Highly recommended, indeed the person who bought my house immediately took on the contract.

We used Assured 24 for almost 3 years and their service was of a very high standard. Vitali and his team were extremely efficient in dealing with any queries. I would highly recommend Assured 24 for the services they provide and their competitive prices.

Vitali and his team and very professional and efficient. I work with them on several sites in Glasgow and they are knowledgeable, courteous and very organised. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Assured 24 for Security and Cleaning services for your company. Definitely one of my go to choices.
