Seraph Property Management

Jessica, at Damside has been one the most helpful and passionate person I’ve ever had the pleasure of being assisted by. On any given day, she never hesitates to go above and beyond her duties to help everyone feel supported and much more. And of course, all the pizza parties and hot chocolate were the cherry on top! Jess’s level of care and enthusiasm will never go unnoticed, and it’s been a pleasure interacting and being assisted by her!

I had a very smooth experience with the service throughout my tenancy. They were always quick to respond, helpful, and professional throughout the process. Chloe Peachey was especially friendly, and efficient in answering our questions and helping us along the way. I would highly recommend their service.

I had a really positive experience dealing with Chloe Peachey. She was professional, helpful and very responsive throughout, and made everything straightforward for me. I really appreciated the level of service and communication she provided. Thank you, Chloe.

The service we receive has certainly improved since Callum, Jason and Leah have been involved. This is the first time in many years we've seen real progress towards the goal of bringing the apartment blocks back up to a good standard. Many thanks Seraph.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Ameera from Seraph, and I can confidently say she has been excellent throughout our collaboration. She is highly professional, organised, and consistently ensures that jobs are communicated clearly and efficiently. Ameera is very responsive and proactive, which makes a big difference when managing maintenance works across multiple properties. She always provides the necessary details upfront, allowing us to carry out works smoothly and without delays. Her coordination and follow-up are outstanding, ensuring everything runs to a high standard. It’s been a great experience working with her, and I look forward to continuing our partnership with Seraph. I would highly recommend Ameera to anyone looking for a reliable and professional point of contact.
