Security Supplies Ltd (St Albans)

I visited today and bought some materials. The man at reception (wearing glasses) gave me a small empty box because the items didn’t fit properly. I asked if I could have another empty box, but he said he didn’t have one. When I then asked for any kind of bag, he replied, “Unfortunately, we are not Tesco,” in a rude manner. I found this response unprofessional and unnecessary. Simple customer service training on how to speak respectfully to customers would make a big difference.

Great team who are always helpful and knowledgeable. Well stocked with good communication and deliveries. It's a little of the beaten track, but pretty well positioned to serve most of London

Ben is their top salesman any advice on sales, quotations just give him call and he will deal with it in best possible way.

Great place for all security requirements, very professional helpful staff. Easy parking . Highly recommend. Alan.
