We receive an excellent service from Securitec. We may not be their biggest customer but they treat us like one. We had a minor issue with our alarm. I reported it to Jemma in the office, who was very helpful and the next day Conner came out to look into the problem and fixed it. Keep up the good work guys.

I have been dealing with Securitec Systems Ltd on Behalf of the Warley Model Railway Club and we have found them to be a excellent team to deal with and the after sales support is brilliant. The Engineers who come out to visit are very friendly and helpful and efficient explaining everything that is required and I have no hesitation in recommending the company if you are looking for anything to do with security for your premises

We had CCTV cameras fitted by Securitec and we were very pleased with the service we received then. We contacted Securitec recently and we decided to upgrade our old alarm system. Mark did the initial survey. He listened to our requirements and was thorough and helpful. The two engineers Connor and John were excellent and they worked quickly and efficiently. Connor helped us set up the app on our phone and we find this really useful. He also helped my husband a few days later by phone to sort a problem with the app. Darren the owner allowed us two weeks before payment to ensure we were happy with everything and we were. We found the payment to be very reasonable. Everything was done professionally, we received excellent service from our first contact with admin to completion of the work and we highly recommend the service.

We had our alarm installed by a different company a couple of years ago . I got intouch with securitec because i wasnt happy with the company who installed our alarm . Luke came out and did a service on our alarm and had to change all of the codes so that it is now a securitec alarm . He was very polite and explained everything he had to do to get our alarm set up . We will be only using securitec from now on .

We recently moved into a new property and encountered several issues with the alarm system. The engineers who came to assess the problem used a process of illumination to identify the fault. The alarm is now fully operational with no further issues. I would definitely recommend their services.
