Optimum Security & Risk Management

We hired OSRM for our whisky festival in March this year. 500 people tasting whisky for 5 hours! We needed a mature minded team who could deal with any issues that arose from drunken behaviour. Paul and his team were fantastic. Very professional, sensible and calm with all our customers. Acting and delivering their service according to specific requests from the pre-event briefing. As the organiser, I felt we were in good hands and was able to get on with running the event knowing that any situation would be dealt with properly, safely and professionally. We will be asking them back for 2023!

OSRM - "What a Service" I was pushed to bring in a security company for a review at our business premises, I'm so glad to have found Paul at Optimum Security & Risk Management. Paul came and carried out a comprehensive security review, within moments of his arrival he had already pointed out things that our business premises could have improved upon, to maximise the security measures that we already have in place. OSRM initial review was able to provide our business with an array of recommendations that led to cost effective, practical solutions, on top of us now having a tailor-made security team working within the premises. 10/10 "What a service, highly recommend."

So impressed with how our need for security was managed during the initial contact to following through from start to finish. We were made available about who exactly would be coming and the service that would be provided and given their professional advice on any needs we might need going forward. Would definitely recommend OSRM and will use in future straight away. I have had great experience from Paul. Thanks for everything

The second time we have used Optimum. Superb service, excellent at de-escalation. We use them for a 1,000-person event and they excel every time. We will continue to use them every year, highly recommended.

Excellent, very friendly and professional.
