Scrubs Cleaning Services

We contacted the guys at Scrubs cleaning to clean our windows on our 1st floor apartment. We have been let down so many times in the past (By other companies) and was really at the end of our tether. after a five minute call with Scrubs we felt at ease and they arrived when they said, the team were extremely professional, punctual and completed a brilliant job. they are now our regular window cleaners and i will recommend them to everyone.

Scrubs Cleaning did an excellent job of my windows, inside and out, infact they removed old debris that was deemed impossible to remove by previous window cleaners! Very professional, polite, punctual, no mess ... just a thoroughly good job. Thank you Scrubs Cleaning!

I contacted Scrubs to clean my conservatory as my window cleaner couldn't get to the roof. Matt and Paul were extremely professional and were with me quickly, they did a great job and I switched to Scrubs to do the house regularly after that. I would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic service all round!! Made an enquiry with Matt who quoted a fair price to do the back and front windows and the conservatory. Turned up on time and was very efficient and easy to chat to. Can’t recommend this company highly enough.

Booked via estate agent for end-of-tenancy deep clean. Quote was very high but we were reassured by reviews here & estate agent that Scrubs would do a good job. After they’d been, we popped to the property & it was still not very clean! Some areas - most notably the bathrooms - barely touched at all. Tried repeatedly to get hold of Scrubs operations manager, Matt Huet Whiddington leaving a voicemail & follow up emails but 5 days later: still no reply, not even a text message. Left with no alternative, I did the cleaning myself. I did receive an apology from the estate agent but nothing from Matt Whiddington or anyone at Scrubs. Although the standard of cleaning was poor, I had hoped to discuss with Mr Whiddington - perhaps there was a good reason why the bathrooms, hob, banisters etc etc weren’t cleaned? Perhaps it was their first job (I note the reviews mostly relate to window +/- guttering cleaning) or perhaps they were called away & didn’t get a chance to finish? If he’d got in touch, I’m sure we could have agreed how to remedy the situation & this would have been a better review. I would advise caution in dealing with this company. Not least as some of the 5 star reviews on here have been submitted by the Scrubs Cleaning Solutions Ltd company director himself: Matt Whiddington!
