MOLLY MAID

I just had my mum’s house cleaned by Clare and Lauren ready for the new owner to move in and I just wanted to say how happy I was with the standard of cleaning. The girls were professional, friendly and so hardworking. The house looked amazing and I was thrilled to bits with the service. Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the whole team!! and I would definitely recommend Molly Maid to my friends and family 😁 I will be using their services again!!!

Extremely disappointed with this service. We paid £150 for a two-hour clean of our small cottage and came home to find the job barely done. Floors weren’t mopped, dust and cobwebs were still all around the house, and bedding I’d specifically asked to be changed was left untouched on the side, with the bed not even made. To make things worse, a candle had been knocked over during the clean leaving a black stain on our bedroom carpet, and the skirting board was chipped, apparently from being hit by the hoover. When we raised this with the company, they refused a refund. For the price, I expected a thorough, professional clean. Instead we got a rushed, incomplete job and damage to our property with no accountability. Would not recommend

My first clean and delighted with the hard work Emma and Kimberley did. They were super efficient, pleasant and friendly and our home is bright and sparkling again. Would have these ladies back in a heartbeat Lyn. Old town Stevenage

Kimberley and Emma are the dream team! We love their enthusiasm and their cleaning skills are second to none. Super quick but always brilliant and getting the best out of everything. Would recommend them in a heartbeat. Nina & Lesley xx

Great service! Kelly was on time to review our home and very communicative with sending over a quote. On the day of cleaning we had Claire and Lauren and they did a brilliant job! Also they were very friendly and professional. Highly reccomend. xx
