I would like to give absolutely positive feedback to the Screwfix store in Wells, especially to Nat, the Deputy Manager. Nat was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. She understood my issue straight away and solved it very quickly, showing excellent problem-solving skills and deep product knowledge. Her approach was not only highly professional but also genuinely kind and helpful, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I am very thankful for Nat’s support and the high standard of service she provides. She is a real credit to the Screwfix Wells team. Thank you very much!

After returning a light that didn’t work I got an immediate refund . I ordered the wrong replacement twice . Hannah patiently refunded me each time and then spent time on the website with me helping me to choose the right item. She was so kind and helpful. Thank you Hannah.

Staff are really willing to help serve you and get you out the door, nice easy parking space and a hidden gem in Wells.
