Screwfix Lancaster Lake Enterprise Park

As usual, the staff were extremely helpful and ensured that we bought items suitable the tasks for which we needed. The staff are courteous, respectful and always show good humour. They clearly enjoy their jobs. Big thank you.

I ordered 2️⃣ items on Click & Collect from Screwfix 🔩 Lancaster. The items were ready ✅ when I arrived so was very convenient. However the member off staff needs to improve his customer service did not say 💬 please or thank you and looked miserable.

Such a great place to shop as staff are so helpfull and most of the time they have the products in stock.

Always gpt what you need and great prices cheers guys

I have shopped here many times for myself and for the company I worked for. The staff were very knowledgeable as sometimes I needed help to identify plumbing parts, fixings and tools. We need an all round shop that prioritise customers needs that help make a purchase. Thank you and I'll be back.
