Great shop, all you need under one roof

Another visit to the Kingstown branch today. I had the pleasure to be served by Chris who, once again, provided excellent customer service. He has the patience of a saint and nothing is too much trouble. His product knowledge is very impressive and he's extremely pleasant and friendly. He always gives you his undivided attention and aims to provide you with the best product for your requirements. We have been served by other members of the Team and I have been equally impressed and satisfied with all of them. A big well done to the recruitment Team and those who deliver the training to staff members.

Good variety of quality and well priced products. Staff are courteous and attentive and quick to respond both with product knowledge and the actual product itself. Unfortunately during lockdown there was often a member of staff sat at the front of the store drip feeding customers in to the store. I appreciate this is a boring job for whoever had to do it but the usual high standard of customer service was often left inside the store and the staff member obviously on their mobile not paying much attention to customers. This is the only reason for the 4 star rating.

Very pleasant staff at Carlisle branch, very helpful under the circumstances. Items purchased very competitive in price, one stop got the lot. Haven't installed my lights yet so can't comment. Overall 10/10
