Scottish Security and Fire Systems

Couldn’t have been more unhelpful. Tried to get the administrator rights for an alarm that they installed transferred to myself as the new home owner. Should have been really straightforward, but they could not have been more unhelpful. Never returned calls when they said they would. Never sent emails that the said then send. Deleted the account and told me to read the installation manual.

Suppose to of fixed my buzzer didn’t even come out and fix it ,not a call or anything they just don’t consider those of us with disabilities or severe conditions if I ended up seriously ill and a ambulance needed to come out there’s no way they’d able to attend to me if something was seriously wrong this is getting ridiculous now .Disgusting ableist attitudes is all it is .!!What if this was one of the elderly .

Quoted a rediculous price of £460 odd for supplying and fitting 3 linked battery smoke + 1 battery heat alarm that complies with new Scottish government rules. I bought what I needed for 1/4 that price elsewhere.

Very nice place, never booked and they managed to accommodate my son and I. Food was very good as was the service.

Great service. Skilled and friendly engineers who explain what they are doing.
