Savills York Estate Agents

Jennifer has been really proactive in trying to find us our new home. She listened to what we are looking for and kept in regular contact, letting us know every time a potential suitable property was coming into the market. We have been registered with all of the local agents but Jennifer is the only one who kept in regular contact, advising us of properties that were actually in the category we were looking for.

Savill’s and especially Charlotte Hemingway have been excellent during the sale of our home in Easingwold. Charlotte has been friendly, communicative, professional and responsive to our requests - all that we expected of her. A great estate agent who we are sure will be of great assistance to others in the future!

Jennifer and Tanya were fantastic throughout. They were highly professional, communicated clearly, and made the whole process feel smooth and well managed. I would highly recommend Savills.

Jennifer and Sarah were a pleasure to deal with. They were very helpful with all steps of our purchase and quick to find out any information we required. Now the hard work of making our dream home - thankyou both

Emily and the team at Savills have been wonderful! We totally trusted Emily’s down to earth, honest advice and were really impressed by her knowledge of the housing market in North Yorkshire. She secured the sale of our house in an incredibly professional manner, and handled everything beautifully. We couldn’t have done it without her, we would recommend Savills to all other home sellers.
