Extra Space Developments LTD

We recently used Extra Space Developments for our loft conversion, and the entire experience was flawless from start to finish. The site team were incredibly punctual, respectful, tidy, and minimized disruption to our daily routine. They turned an empty attic into the most perfect space in our home. If you want a stress-free build and premium results, then Shane, Nick and the team at Extra Space Developments are the company to do it. Hire them without hesitation!

We recently had our loft converted by Extra Space Developments and couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, Shane, Niki and the team were fantastic to work with. They were incredibly attentive, detail-oriented, and made sure we felt involved and informed at every stage of the project. They took the time to listen to what my wife and I wanted, offered helpful advice, and worked closely with us throughout the entire process to make sure everything was exactly right. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and it’s clear they take real pride in what they do. One thing that really stood out was how tidy and respectful they were in our home — they worked hard to clean up at the end of every day, which made a big difference while the work was ongoing in a house with 2 young kids. We’re absolutely delighted with our new space and would highly recommend Extra Space Developments to anyone considering a loft conversion. A truly professional, reliable, and skilled team. 5 stars all the way!

After getting a couple of quotes from builders that either over quoted or simply didn't really know the best way of doing the job we then got in contact with Shane at Extra Space Developments, who was recommended to us from a previous customer. Professional from the outset and extremely knowledgeable, Shane answered all of our questions and made it very easy for us to make the decision. The whole team was extremely polite, (special shout out to Adrian - both children constantly asking me when Adrian is coming back and our dog Bailey has never been so spoilt, he's an absolute grafter as well💪) courteous and catered for our needs, especially when I was working night shifts. They were constantly on the go and always cleaned up at the end of the day. We had our problems with some neighbours along the way but the guys dealt with it professionally. All in all a great experience and an extremely high quality finish, we have 2 young children and it has given us such a great space to watch films together as a family. P.S. You will definitely need more tea bags than you think. 😁😁 5 star highly recommended.

From the start Extra Space were extremely professional, well organised and courteous. From the first quotation (which arrived within 24 hours) to the job actually starting the whole team were excellent - clearly all very skilled at what they do as well as being tidy and pleasant to have around the house. I was very picky and liked to change plans as we were going along and the whole team were patient, very accommodating and wanted to please. We are delighted with the new loft conversion. We would highly recommend and hope to use Extra Space again for future projects.

Extra Space Developments worked on our loft conversion from September to December 2025 and we have nothing but praise for their work. They were a pleasure to deal with, highly professional in all their activities, prompt and hardworking, were happy to accommodate small changes and additions to the build, and always tidied up at the end of each day. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending this company.
