Fresh Air Floorcare

Absolutely first class work carried out by Joseph on our old and worn Yorkshire stone floor and kitchen travertine. They have been totally transformed while retaining their essential character. Joseph was incredibly polite and careful with his work and went the extra mile to ensure a great result, all done for a very reasonable price. We couldn’t be happier with the result and have no hesitation in recommending Fresh Air Floorcare.

If I could give a higher rating than 5* I would, the reason being is that Joseph far exceeded our expectations of the work carried out on the restoration of our travertine floor. I had come to the conclusion that I would have to replace the travertine floor as it was so badly marked and cracked especially in the high traffic areas but I’d seen some of Joesph’s before and after videos online and decided to contact him as a last chance before undertaking the upheaval of replacing the floor. Joseph came and reassured me that he could definitely restore the floor so I decided to give it a go. When I saw the before video it did feel like the walk of shame but now the work is over, the results are amazing and it honestly feels like I’ve had a new floor fitted. Joseph is professional, hardworking, meticulous, knowledgeable and a master of his craft. He is courteous and very respectful of the customers’ property and he ensured that the work was carried out with as little disruption and mess as possible even making allowances for our two labs who we tried to keep out of his way but they insisted on watching him work. I am delighted that I reached out to Fresh Air Floorcare and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this excellent company.

Joseph restored our bedraggled kitchen floor tiles and shower unit tiles to such a high standard that they looked better than when they were brand new! Alongside Joseph’s very high level of skill and knowledge, his attention to detail is incredible, and he cares very much about achieving to best result possible. Joseph is a very pleasant person to work with, and supremely neat and tidy. We highly recommend Fresh Air Floorcare.

I honestly thought nothing could be done to improve our quartz worktop – it had become so dull and lifeless over time. I contacted Fresh Air Floorcare, and Joseph came out to take a look. From the start, he was professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. The difference after Joseph worked his magic is unbelievable! The worktop looks brand new again – it has a beautiful, fresh shine that I didn’t think was even possible to restore. I’ve attached some before-and-after images. You can clearly see in the photos with the tape how dull and flat it looked before, and now it’s completely transformed. I can’t recommend Joseph and Fresh Air Floorcare highly enough. If you’re thinking your surfaces can’t be saved, give them a call – you’ll be amazed!

We’ve had our stone kitchen flooring for ten years and tried so many methods to clean it and seal it - I’ve always hated that it looks dirty no matter how much it’s washed/mopped! I contacted Joseph who came to do a patch test so we could see if it would work, this was brilliant as it gave us lots of reassurance it was worthwhile doing! The floor looks amazing, he was great so friendly, professional and helpful would recommend 100%
