Absolute Nightmare for Small Businesses If I could give Safetykleen zero stars, I would. Their customer service is absolutely appalling. From day one, they set us up to fail. They literally forced us into debt by refusing to take our payments for the first three months. As a very small, struggling, family-run business, we have never been able to catch up since. When we realized we were drowning, we begged them to take the machines away so we could stop the clock and catch up on what we owed. They flat-out refused. Instead, they just kept forcing us deeper and deeper into debt, all while hiking their prices up way beyond what we could ever afford. They do not want to help you; they just want to trap you. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. YOU WILL REGRET EVER TAKING A CONTRACT WITH THEM.
