Zero Dry Time Ltd. Exeter & Devon

Fantastic service from start to finish. Initial communication was excellent, quote was accurate, very knowledgeable and full of good advice, carpets look, smell and feel brand new! Gaynor and Julian are professional, friendly and passionate about what they do. I would highly recommend their service, we are thrilled with the results. Thank you!

This is the third time I have used Gaynor and Julian to clean my carpets. As usual they have done a fantastic job, the carpets look bright and clean and the house doesn’t smell like a wet dog. You only need to leave the carpets for an hour or so before you can walk on them properly. Gaynor and Julien did a spot clean for me today as well and it’s come up brilliantly, you can’t tell there was a stain there. Lovely people too I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Gaynor and Julian were friendly, on time and worked their magic on our 3 carpeted rooms at a speed which amazed me. The outcome was better than expected and to move furniture back within a matter of hours with carpets not smelling damp was amazing. Would highly recommend.

Gaynor and Julian were very responsive, clear, helpful and really good people to consult. The floor looks almost as good as the day it was laid. Since it has had 16 years of hard labour that is much more than I expected. They are both really easy and lovely to have around and I highly recommend them and their work. Photos are before and after. What a difference!

Julian & Gaynor such lovely professional couple. I moved into a house with carpets three years old lots stains & previous owners had cats. I was not sure how my carpets would look but they are looking brand new & smells amazing. Would definitely recommend.
