Terrible experience. I arranged for a waste collection of 4 garden waste bags and sent photos in advance. The price was confirmed twice as £40, so I booked based on that. Communication was already confusing, as I was initially told I’d have to wait until he was “in the area,” which isn’t practical when you need a confirmed day. We eventually agreed on a specific day, and I made the effort to move the bags out front myself (as a single mum with a 4-month-old baby) to make things easier. On the day, he arrived without any notice despite me asking for a message beforehand. He then handled one bag, put it by the pavement, brought it back, and suddenly doubled the price to £80, claiming they were “oversized.” This was never clearly communicated beforehand, despite confirming the job and price twice with photos. When I called to question it, his response was dismissive and unprofessional (“Oh so you’re not happy”). No attempt to resolve the issue—just poor attitude and wasted time. Would not recommend. Be careful, as the quoted price may not be honoured.

Working in soft landscaping I needed a reliable team to collect all green waste when called upon. Richy and the team always turn up at the time agreed, remove waste efficiently, and always provide a very good quote. I have used RW Clearance every other month for three years now and are totally trustworthy. Highly recommended.
