The owner or staff member seemed nice, was told 1pm, they turned up at 4:34pm, his team tried to carry the mattress, super king size. Unfortunately there was no room on the van. I’m annoyed, but these things happen. The guy on the chat sounded like a top guy. Maybe more communication between staff and crew would be great. I made it as easy as possible for them to collect, strapped it up and moved it downstairs. Oh well these things happen. They offered to collect the next day on WhatsApp, unfortunately can’t take another day off work. So declined.

A very professional and efficient clear up carried out for a 3 skip load in a very timely manner from my drive way. The management team were very careful to ensure even the smallest screw, nuts and bolts were swept clean. An after work inspection was most welcome. Thank you lads we would highly recommend
