We have had a complete new roof and chimney removed and a new porch roof. Billy and his team have carried out work on our house several times, On each occasion Billy explained exactly what was going to be done and why it needed to be done that way. He was very happy to answer all questions that we asked. He addressed issues quickly and effectively . The work was completed to a high standard within the timeframe stipulated. Billy and his team were polite and respectful of our home. Nothing was too much trouble for them and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

A couple of weeks ago, I found a problem with my bay roof. I contacted a few local roofers, but of all those who came out to quote, Billy was the only one who bothered to get a ladder and have a proper look. He assessed the job, explained exactly what needed doing, and drew my attention to some other issues, which (though obvious) I had failed to notice. Billy and the team turned up when they said they would, and did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone.

We had a leak in the garage roof for years and despite having someone attempt to make it water tight with all the heavy rain we had recently it flowed like a stream. Billy came and looked at it, told us what was required and gave us a verbal quote. The price was agreed and the date fixed. Billy and his crew arrived on time and completed an excellent job, taking off the old garage roof and putting a new asphalt roof in its place. The job was completed in one day and looks excellent. Neighbours have called round to me to enquire who did the roof of the garage as it looks so smart and I have had no hesitation of pointing them in Billy's direction. Thanks Billy.

Billy explained thoroughly what the procedure for removing and replacing our roof with images and gave us a run down of when equipment would arrive. Also about building inspectors and gave us a quote which we'll get our copy by email.
