I have just employed David and his team at Kingsh20 to clean a very heavily moss covered roof at one of my rental properties. I was unable to be on site during the work and wanted to find a reliable company to do a good job. I employed David following his Check A Trade response to my advert. His video response showed the company working on site and he explained clearly how he would approach the job and what equipment they would use. Safety was a big concern for me and I felt confident in his ability to do the work to a high standard. I am very happy with their work and how good the roof looks now clean and protected from moss. David updated me regularly throughout the job with before and after photos & videos. His communication and professionalism have been excellent. He quickly identified the issue with my conservatory gutter, cleared the blockage, and properly resealed the joint. David is a miracle worker! I cannot believe the transformation. I hadn’t expected to feel so much happier after David restored the render, driveway and paving to their original condition - it’s great to lose the embarrassment of the worst house on the street and feel proud of my home again. We had Dave come out today and he did an absolutely amazing job. We had our driveway and garden patio done. Our driveway had an oil stain for two years and everyone we called out previously could not get the stain out. Dave restored the driveway as if we had it newly done and not an oil stain in sight. He is very professional, kind and polite. Highly recommend him to anyone in the future.

Dave did a fantastic job getting our patios looking new again. His standard of work is top class. After trying various products and spending hours scrubbing, I’d never managed to get rid of the mould spores on my slabs — but Dave and Fabian managed to remove it all within just a couple of hours. Their professionalism and quality of work are outstanding. Highly recommended!
