We moved into our house in November 2021. I asked him could he clean the windows and the gutters. He did the gutters with a machine, washing them out. However when in the loft we could see that the gutters still had lots of debris in them. I rang him back to redo gutters, which he did and left all black on the outside of the gutters. Its now March and we have never seen him since. He was supposed to clean the windows every 2 months. Unreliable!

Came 3 times to wash our windows and did the job perfectly. Then he just stopped coming! I rang three times to query, he did not return our calls and there was no explanation. Very strange and very unreliable!
