Ripon Household Waste Recycling Centre

Ripon waste disposal site service at 4pm Saturday was a disgrace. 4 young men were watching a handful of customers unloading some heavy bags etc. on arrival with two heavy garden waste sacks myself. I watched as one man was watching an elderly lady struggle to lift her. Sack. I had to intervene requesting help for this lady and for myself as an80 year old man with heavy sacks. Get these staff trained please in customer awareness. This is not the first time this has happened recently on a visit

First time used this recycling centre since moving to North Yorkshire and excellent service they have. Disposed of everything I wanted. Brilliant stuff thank you

Can’t fault the young guy on garden waste (Sunday 23rd August) He was very polite and helped put the waste in the hop. He even addressed me as ‘Sir’ Well done!

Very helpful staff the new one way system is great
