Ripon Builders Merchants Ltd.

This is a great place for myself as a DIYer to get what I need. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and when ever I ask a question, especially as a female, the staff are very helpful. The prices are good and competitive compared to other providers locally. Efficient all round 👍

What a great team of cheerful guys thank you for being so helpful but more so understanding of my little big person I don't think I've been anywhere that has been so non judgmental or bothered by his mischief Great service but so happy these guys not one miserable face you were great thanks form a very great full customer x

Excellent. Good prices

Visited a couple of times whilst visiting family, with a list of chores to do!! Found staff helpful, knowledgeable and ready to give advice. Everything I needed in stock at great prices, good old fashioned service ( something sadly lacking nowadays) and smiles all round. Need I say more? Thanks lads.

We found one guy very helpful in the main store and went out of his way to help us as we’re only novice DIY people. However the reason for the lower rating was how uncomfortable it was going in to order Wood, as both the guys in the wood reception were so rude really as no eye contact, no pleasant greetings or really that helpful at all. Didn’t even want to make chat at all. Just felt like we weren’t welcome at all. Shame because the guys in the main store part seem brilliant
