Rendit The Expert Render Store

Placed an order of Eco-Rend (Portland Stone) and had 12 bags left over. The bags were 3.5 weeks old with a 12 month shelf life. They were in perfect condition and had been kept inside. I drove all the way from Huddersfield to Doncaster and was told they do not accept refunds and this is advised by the manufacturer. Overall good customer service and I will be sure to order less bags in the future. Friendly and helpful guys in the warehouse also.

Placed an order for Beads, base coat, primer and top coat. The order was placed on the 27th March using the delivery service. I informed them of the tight drive and to use a small truck if they had one. When i arrived on site to start the work seven days later low and be hold no delivery after seven days and it was Easter weekend. I contacted Rendit and was told my pallet was with a third party courier as they have no small Trucks and that due to the fuel crisis they were struggling. I was aware fuel prices had gone up not that there was a shortage of fuel. On speaking to the office on the following Tuesday they were not interested at all and not one person apologised regarding the missed delivery and was advised to order in plenty of time and just said yea the company had loads o staff go sick. If you offer a certain service then you should honor it. I asked for a refund of my delivery charge and was refused and said i can have 10% off my next order or 50% delivery cost reduction. Dave Teal also informed me to book early and not book work in until my materials arrive, what planet are you on Rendit. In total it took you twelve days to deliver when i paid for Maximum four days if we dont book work in until our order arrives how are we expected to get work. How early do you advise booking Rendit as you cant meet minimum targets ?????????????????????? Poor service from the top to bottom.

Orded 1 bag of render to collect, went to pick it up, the very polite nice guy who dealt with my order put it in my car for me. I will definitely use this company again. Great price too !
