Rainbow Restoration

Around 8:30pm Saturday 4th April 2026 on the A467 near Rogerstone, one of your vans speeding in the rain came up behind my daughter tailgating and flashed her, made her very uncomfortable and worried, please have a discussion with your team about road safety.

Driver of van ending EDJ in Cardiff at 11am Friday 6th feb on phone and swerving around for miles. Dash cam footage will be sent to police

Contacted their Cardiff/Bristol branch a couple of weeks ago regarding drying my wet walls following a leak and they didn’t even bother to respond! If you can’t be bothered to quote for a job, why not just send a message instead of ignoring customers!

We have used Rainbow for many jobs - usually really unpleasant issues! - and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them. The staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable and they are quick to react to problems and very professional when they turn up on site.

Had a job completed by these guys recently when a toilet back filled and spilled into a kitchen of a office. Called and spoke to Racheal on the phone who was ever so help full, polite and professional. She arranged for someone to out on site within a few hours and the job was completed to the office's standards. I would definetly use Rainbow and essecially Racheal's services again.
