Although I unfortunately couldn't move forward with IC Assist due to them being to busy currently to take on more clients, Sargon was really helpful and took the time to advise me and recommend somewhere else I could go for support. Insurance claims are a frustrating and unwieldy process and it was lovely to speak to someone who knew so much about the process. I wish I had spoken to him 6 weeks ago! Thanks for taking the time to talk with me when it was of no direct benefit to you. Says alot about your professional and supportive nature. If I find myself in this position again I will know where to come!

Dealing with a leak is incredibly stressful. IC assist don’t operate in my area but still spent a lot of time on the phone with me answering questions, providing advice, and telling what to look out for. This is incredibly rare, and I highly commend them on their generosity.

I contacted this company on Friday 21/11/2025 and spoke to Sargon, and Wow! this lovely man was most helpful and knowledgeable. I had a shower leak that unfortunately came through into the kitchen ceiling/light fittings and nearly flooded out the kitchen. My insurance company were not most helpful and making me feel uneasy with the process of dealing with my claim. I spoke to Sargon again today 24/11/2025 who genuinely has put himself out to help with my situation and kindly referred another company like themselves, as IC Assist are not in my area but the other company have stepped in quickly to help and have been brilliant also, as it would have meant dealing with different trades people and it was just becoming to overwhelming for me especially not being in good health. This is a personal THANK YOU to Sargon at IC Assist - Insurance Claim Property Repairs for putting me as ease and helping me with a difficult situation, that I was finding increasingly stressful.
