Timberwise (UK) Ltd Cardiff

The whole process with Timberwise was great - Daniel was very reassuring when he was surveying and directing what work needed to be done, and he made sure the timing of the work fitted my schedule (and need to get a new boiler fitted in the affected area). Adrian and Richard explained everything they were doing, were courteous, knowledgeable and got on with the job quickly and effectively, finishing ahead of schedule. My only two tiny issues were: 1) All rubbish and infected materials were left in the front yard for several days. I'd recently had the yard tiled, so even putting some plastic sheeting down would have been good to cover the new tiling 2) The work wasn't cheap - but at least it comes with a long guarantee for reassurance

Daniel Roderick did the survey and Richard did the installation. I was pleased with the service provided.

My appointment time was set up quickly and efficiently. Craig came out to do my survey today. I was really impressed by his knowledge, professionalism, friendliness and level of detail covered. My report arrived hours after my visit and was helpful and thorough. Thank you, Timberwise. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Great service from Anouska and the operative who attended to carry out the work. Thank you

What a relief to find such reliable no nonsense company - (following 2 bad experiences ) Not only did they sort my issues swiftly but the Customer service was impeccable throughout. The Admin lady (A) was so helpful with a pleasant informative telephone manner I felt I could trust them immediately. Their surveyor (C) was highly knowledgeable motivated and thorough, nothing was too much trouble, he was happy to explain anything in more detail when requested. . (C) also arrived on time and sent reports as promised. This company really go the extra mile I would highly recommend them.
